I have more than 10 people that need their forklift certification training

I am an individual or have 5 or fewer employees that need their forklift certification training

If you are an individual, we offer a self-paced, online training program through our sister site, forkliftacademy.com. If you have only a few employees that need training, we offer several small group packages there as well. The Train the Trainer Kit is also a good choice for smaller groups since it allows you the flexibility to grow. With the ability to certify your employees, if you have new hires you already will have everything you need to complete their training, evaluation and certification without hassle.

Does the Forklift Certification meets OSHA requirements?

Yes, the Training meets OSHA and Cal-OSHA requirements and can be use by any type of company in the industry.

How long are certifications valid for?

The certification will last for 3 years. Forklift operators must renew every 3 years.

Do certifications expire?

Yes, the certification expires three years from the date of the prior evaluation. Once the employee is certified, the employer must re-evaluate the employee in the workplace every three years.

Why implement a forklift certification program?

Forklift Certification Program OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.178 requires employers to establish and implement a forklift training and certification program. Failure to provide adequate training and certification as required by OSHA regulations can result in fines up to $7,000/employee. Not only is that a hefty fine, but having safe, trained forklift operators can reduce the risk of injurires to employees and pedestrians as well as reduce the risk of property damage.
